Other Charges

  • Second Pilot: $50 per flight hour*
  • Pilot/Aircraft Wait Time: $50 per ground hour per pilot* (Maximum of 8 hours minus flight hours per 24 hour period)
  • Pilot Expenses: Actual expense (Usually $50/day & $200 per night per pilot, may be more in high cost areas. May be less if client provides)
  • Aircraft Support Expense: Actual cost of hangar, de-ice, landing fees, ramp fees, tiedown fee, bag handling, etc.
  • Catering: Actual cost (Usually $20-30 per person)
  • Beverages & Snacks: Complimentary Drinks and Sodas. Coffee, bottled water, juice, ice & snacks stocked on board.
 
 

Rate Conditions & Comments

  • *Aircraft & pilot rates subject to 7.5% Federal Excise Tax (FET).
  • If you purchase fuel and fees during your trip this amount is deducted from the trip and you save the 7.5% on the amount purchased.
  • American Express, Visa & MasterCard accepted.
  • 10% cash deposit or credit card guarantee required at time of booking.
  • 10% cancellation fee if flight is cancelled or changed within 7 days of scheduled.
  • $50 per flight hour discount for cash payments.
  • $100 per flight hour discount for cash pre-payment of more than 10 hours.
  • An appropriate aircraft may be substituted for maintenance, weather, or scheduling conflict.
  • Jets and helicopters brokered from other companies and are available at higher rates.
